Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in effectively managing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a personalized shopping experience for every customer.
Lead by example and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Train and develop sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure the store's displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks to ensure accurate product availability.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and luxury product knowledge.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry is highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
Passion for luxury products and a good understanding of the luxury retail market.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
