Job Description
• Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• Support preparation of documents and procedures related to office/company establishment.
• Manage and maintain incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and records.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, including inventory tracking and replenishment.
• Oversee office facilities and equipment; coordinate maintenance and repairs when necessary.
• Procure office equipment, supplies, and corporate gifts as required.
• Track, consolidate, and process payments for office-related expenses (electricity, water, internet, rent, etc.).
• Provide general administrative support as assigned by the line manager.
